Forge opened in 2014 as a single barbell room above a Bandra market. Today it's three floors of strength, conditioning and recovery — but the rule hasn't changed: every program is coached, never improvised.

No — our nutrition coaches also build plans for muscle gain, performance and general health, based on your labs and lifestyle, not a generic calorie sheet.

Forge is open Monday to Saturday, 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with extended trainer availability on weekends for personal training bookings.
